    Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding federal holidays) based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Delivery may take longer during busy seasons or promotional events.

We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for shipping. Your total estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping times.

If your order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days, contact us at support@charmelio.com for a full refund. For unexpected delays, please reach out, and we will aim to respond within 12 hours.

Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, check your delivery area first. Then, contact the carrier. If issues persist, please email support@charmelio.com.

Incorrect Addresses
We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your details at checkout and notify us immediately at support@charmelio.com if there are any errors.
