Order Changes & Exchanges

Please review your order carefully, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections, such as item type, size, design, or address. If you spot an error, you have 6 hours from placing the order to cancel and reorder correctly. For any inquiries before placing your order, feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Canceling Orders
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be processed or shipped, and a 10% cancellation fee will apply. To cancel, please email support@charmelio.com.

Return Window
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. After this period, all orders are considered accepted, and no refunds will be provided.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return an item if it is:

  • Damaged or broken
  • Incorrect design, size, or material
  • Incorrect product received
  • Product description does not match the received item

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging
  • No signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Defects must be due to our error
  • Original tags must remain intact
  • Minor issues, like stray threads, are not eligible for return

  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects
  • Relevant email screenshots

Return & Refund Process

Send your refund request along with supporting documentation to support@charmelio.com. Our Customer Service team will review and respond within 2-3 business days with specific instructions. Refunds will only be issued once the return is confirmed as eligible.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

After receiving the returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your refund, including any original shipping fees, is issued.

Awaiting Your Refund?

Refunds may take 10-15 days to appear, depending on your card provider’s policies. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please email support@charmelio.com for assistance.
